Timeless Country Kitchen

The kitchen works so well due to three separate lifestyle spaces: A cooking area with pots, spices and utensils on-hand; a wet-prep area with space for shopping bags and people to sit and chat; and the dining area with tall cabinets concealing the fridge-freezer and larder. In each, everything is uncluttered and exactly where it’s needed.
This timeless, understated kitchen design strikes a perfect balance of warm woods and stone floors, classic styling and modern Scandinavian touches such as the Eames chairs. There isn’t a huge amount of light so we went for light walls, light doors, a light floor and light work surfaces.
Quality reverberates from every join and handcrafted detail. The maple kitchen units are painted in Farrow & Ball® Lamp Room Grey. The work surfaces and backsplash are light granite. Brushed steel D-bar handles add a touch of modernity while the limestone floor enhances the classic quality.
