Dear David,

Now that our new kitchen has had a chance to bed in, I felt that I just had to write to let you know how delighted we are with it.

With the layout of the kitchen and dining areas being totally reversed, it was a really complex undertaking, but the project progressed seamlessly throughout. The new design has proved a real winner; the units and appliances are all that we could have wished for; and the timekeeping and skills of your fitters and electricians have been exemplary throughout.
