Dear James & David,

I apologise for the delay in writing to you to thank you for all the work that you put into our lovely kitchen earlier this year.

We have now had a good chance to make plenty of use of the kitchen and adjoining dining area, and remain extremely pleased with it.

James came up with well thought-out plans, taking into account our family’s lifestyle, and making the most of the room layout. He was very patient at guiding us through the choices involved as initially we really didn’t know where to start as the choices seemed endless.

The finished kitchen is a great combination of traditional style, in keeping with the age of the house, but with a contemporary edge, which works well for family life.

With many thanks again – and please also pass on our thanks to your Fitter, who did such a great job.
